The filter plate is an important part of filter press. Its raw materials include Reinforced Polypropylene (RPP), Glass Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene, Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), cast iron, stainless steel and so on. The filter press plates are mainly used for mechanically squeezing solid materials separated from suspension, with the help of filter cloth. On the surface of filter plates, there are many nubs and grooves, which are used for supporting filter cloth and allow filtrate flow off efficiently.
