Hesaide single screw pump is widely used in chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, brewing, papermaking and other industries. Single-head helicalrotor does eccentric rotation in stator with double-head helical inner cavity. Then, annular seal space will be formed between rotor and stator. When the rotor rotates, the volume of annular seal space will change, which can lead to the transport of liquid. That is working principle of single screw pump.

A helical rotor rotates eccentrically inside a double-helix stator, creating sealed cavities.
As the rotor turns, these cavities move axially, transporting fluid smoothly and continuously without pulsation.
